人民财讯4月10日电，4月10日，杭州有2宗涉宅用地出让，最终均溢价20%以上成交，总成交金额14.92亿元。其中，西湖区地块经过73轮竞价，最终由滨江集团以总价9.63亿元竞得，成交楼面价19129元/㎡，溢价率达59.67%；临平区地块经过21轮竞价，最终由绿城以总价5.29亿元竞得，成交楼面价12950元/㎡，溢价率23.33%。
