上海率先创建个人本外币兑换特许行业自律机制
人民财讯4月10日电，央行上海总部官方微信公众号4月10日信息显示，近日，国家外汇管理局上海市分局指导成立全国首个个人本外币兑换特许行业自律协作组，探索行业自律规范发展模式，提升金融治理现代化水平。
