香港金融管理局发出首批稳定币发行人牌照
人民财讯4月10日电，香港金融管理局今日（4月10日）举办稳定币发行机构技术简介会，并公布首批稳定币发行人牌照发放给香港上海汇丰银行有限公司和碇点金融科技有限公司（由渣打银行（香港）、香港电讯和安拟集团组成的合资企业）。
