国晟科技：终止收购孚悦科技100%股权
人民财讯4月13日电，国晟科技(603778)4月13日公告，此前公司拟以2.41亿元受让铜陵正豪科技有限公司、林琴合计持有的铜陵市孚悦科技有限公司（简称“孚悦科技”）100%股权。根据约定，此次交易需在协议约定的先决条件全部满足后方可达成。截至目前，此次交易先决条件中的并购贷款未达成，经与交易各方协商，决定终止《支付现金购买资产协议》。
