中大力德：拟收购韩国株式会社PM公司39%股份
人民财讯4月15日电，中大力德(002896)4月15日公告，为提升海外市场份额，公司拟收购韩国世奉系统公司所持有的韩国株式会社PM公司39%的股份，交易对价3.9亿韩元。根据近期汇率，此次股权交易对价3.9亿韩元换算成人民币约为180万元。
另外，中大力德拟在德国设立全资子公司中大欧洲有限公司，投资总额拟不超过800万元人民币，拟在越南设立全资子公司中大力德（越南）智能传动有限公司，投资总额拟不超过800万元人民币。
