蓝科高新：拟1.95亿元转让参股公司上海河图部分股权
人民财讯4月20日电，蓝科高新(601798)4月20日公告，公司拟通过公开挂牌方式转让参股公司上海河图工程股份有限公司（简称“上海河图”）24%股权。经评估，上海河图股东全部权益价值为8.14亿元，对应24%股权的价值为1.95亿元，拟以此作为本次公开挂牌的转让底价，最终交易价格及交易对手以公开挂牌交易结果为准。
