人民财讯4月21日电，4月21日，北京一宗亦庄新城宅地出让，土地出让面积25908.19㎡，规划建筑面积51816.38㎡，容积率2，建筑限高60m，起始价12.18亿元，起始楼面价23506元/㎡。该地块吸引了金茂、招商蛇口、建发、保利发展、中建智地共5家房企现场参与竞价，最终中建智地以总价13.24亿元竞得该地块，成交楼面价25552元/㎡，溢价率8.7%。
