人民财讯4月23日电，思特威4月23日宣布，全新推出2亿像素0.61μm像素尺寸超高动态范围手机应用图像传感器新品——SCC90XS。据介绍，该产品采用了22nm Stack先进工艺制程，具备超高动态范围、低噪声、100%全像素对焦、低功耗等多项性能优势，可与思特威超高动态范围系列高端手机图像传感器形成组合方案，打造旗舰级智能手机多摄模组的全焦段LOFIC超高动态范围。
