报告：2025年地方国资积极布局并购交易 全年涉及交易总金额达545.74亿元
人民财讯4月27日电，4月27日，第十三届全球投资并购峰会在上海虹桥国际中央商务区举办。会上发布的《2025中国并购市场年度报告》显示，2025年，地方国资积极布局并购交易，全年共发生40起国资收购上市公司案例，涉及交易总金额达545.74亿元，其中，34起交易目的为获得上市公司控制权。
