北交所：暂免收取非公开发行公司债券挂牌初费和挂牌年费
人民财讯4月30日电，北交所公告，为规范非公开发行公司债券挂牌和信息披露等行为，保护投资者合法权益，北交所制定了《北京证券交易所非公开发行公司债券挂牌规则》，经中国证监会批准，现予以发布，自发布之日起施行。北交所暂免收取非公开发行公司债券挂牌初费和挂牌年费。
