百胜智能：终止收购中科深谷不低于51%股权
人民财讯5月6日电，百胜智能(301083)5月6日公告，公司2025年12月披露筹划支付现金收购合肥中科深谷科技发展有限公司（简称“中科深谷”）不低于51%股权。现因交易双方未能就交易相关的关键条款达成一致意见，经审慎研究，公司决定终止此次收购。终止此次收购不影响公司既有的智能机器人产品研发战略。
