人民财讯5月6日电，中稀有色(600259)5月6日公告，广东省稀土产业集团有限公司（简称“广东稀土集团”）持有公司20%股份，计划通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过336.44万股，即不超过公司总股本的1%。广东稀土集团系公司实控人中国稀土集团有限公司的一致行动人。
