五粮液：五粮液集团拟30亿元至50亿元增持公司股份
五粮液（000858）5月6日公告，四川省宜宾五粮液集团有限公司(简称“五粮液集团”)计划6个月内增持公司股份，拟增持金额不低于30亿元，不超过50亿元。截至目前，公司控股股东宜宾发展控股集团有限公司与五粮液集团系一致行动人，合计持股比例为55.08%。
