东方证券：拟购买上海证券100%股权 股票将复牌
人民财讯5月6日电，东方证券(600958)5月6日披露重组预案，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式，合计购买上海证券100%股权，此次交易价格尚未确定。公司A股股票将于5月7日开市起复牌。
