共进股份：拟5000万元增资硅光芯片设计企业弘光向尚
人民财讯5月6日电，共进股份(603118)5月6日公告，公司拟以5000万元对北京弘光向尚科技有限公司（新一代集成电路硅基光电集成芯片设计的高科技企业，简称“弘光向尚”）进行增资，交易完成后，公司将持有弘光向尚7.0621%的股权。
