人民财讯5月8日电，5月8日，英诺赛科宣布，美国国际贸易委员会（“ITC”）在第337‑TA‑1414号调查中作出最终裁定，确认英诺赛科当前的氮化镓（“GaN”）功率器件产品未侵犯英飞凌的相关专利，并可不受限制地继续在美国进口和销售。
