人民财讯5月11日电，企查查APP显示，近日，MiniMax关联公司上海稀宇极智科技有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由10亿元增至40亿元，增幅300%。企查查信息显示，该公司成立于2021年，经营范围包含：人工智能基础软件开发；人工智能应用软件开发；计算机软硬件及辅助设备批发等，由香港稀宇极智有限公司全资持股。
