东百集团：全资子公司拟3.35亿元转让烜达丰胜100%股权
人民财讯5月11日电，东百集团(600693)5月11日公告，为盘活存量资产，进一步优化公司资产结构，提高资产流动性和使用效率，公司全资子公司平潭信汇资产管理有限公司拟将持有的福建烜达丰胜实业发展有限公司（简称“烜达丰胜”）100%股权转让给北京云硅信息技术有限公司，暂定股权转让价款为3.35亿元。
