金橙子：拟1.79亿元收购萨米特55%股权
人民财讯5月14日电，金橙子(688291)5月14日公告，公司拟以现金方式收购汪永阳等交易对方持有的长春萨米特光电科技有限公司（简称“萨米特”）55%的股权。本次交易萨米特55%股权价格确定为1.79亿元。本次现金收购完成后，标的公司将成为上市公司的控股子公司，双方将在业务、技术、市场和产品等方面发挥协同作用。
