人民财讯5月15日电，华特气体(688268)5月15日公告，持股1.625%的股东张穗萍拟通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过119.70万股，占公司总股本的比例不超过1%；公司董事会秘书万灵芝拟通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过4375股，占公司总股本的比例不超过0.004%；公司财务负责人郭湛泉拟通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过900股，占公司总股本的比例不超过0.001%。
