人民财讯5月19日电，奕帆传动(301023)5月19日公告，计划使用自有或自筹资金8400万元，收购北京和利时系统工程有限公司持有的北京和利时电机技术有限公司（以下简称“目标公司”）40%股权。目标公司主要从事运动控制领域精密控制电机、驱动器及控制系统的研发、生产与销售。
