华天科技：控股子公司拟投资30亿元建设集成电路先进封测产业基地二期二阶段建设项目
人民财讯5月22日电，华天科技(002185)5月22日公告，同意控股子公司华天科技（南京）有限公司投资30亿元进行“华天南京集成电路先进封测产业基地二期二阶段建设项目”的建设，项目建成投产后预计年封装测试存储集成电路约4.3亿只，预计达产后年实现营业收入21.5亿元，实现净利润1.26亿元。
