3只商业REITs提前结束公众募集，将启动比例配售
人民财讯5月26日电，根据Wind统计，截至5月26日，近期已开始发售的4只商业REITs中，有3只提前结束公众投资者部分募集。4只产品分别为汇添富上海地产商业REIT、中信建投首农商业REIT、中金唯品会商业REIT、国泰海通砂之船商业REIT。从公告来看，商业REITs的发售获得了公众投资者踊跃认购，结束公众投资者部分募集后，将启动比例配售。
