人民财讯5月26日电，永安期货(600927)5月26日公告，公司持股11.43%的股东浙江东方控股集团股份有限公司（简称“浙江东方”）因经营发展需要，拟通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式，合计减持公司股份不超过4366.67万股(占公司总股本的3%)。
