大唐黄金完成配售3.98亿股 净筹约1.653亿港元
大唐黄金发布公告，配售协议所载所有条件已获达成，且于2026年5月27日完成。联席配售代理已根据配售协议条款及条件成功按配售价每股配售股份0.4275港元向不少于六名承配人配售合共3.98亿股配售股份。配售事项所得款项总额约为1.702亿港元，而配售事项所得款项净额合共约为1.653亿港元。
