中金：今明两年主要城市或陆续迎来房价企稳拐点
人民财讯5月28日电，中金公司研报认为，今明两年主要城市或陆续迎来房价企稳拐点，中金上调2026年二手房销售面积展望，维持此前对于新房销售和投资的展望。中金基于二手房挂牌去化周期和总住房供需打分，对更多城市进行房价拐点研判，预计2026年或有几个城市迎来房价环比走稳拐点，至2027年可能扩散至库存条件较好的主要城市范围。
