人民财讯5月28日电，企查查APP显示，近日，上海驭驯网络科技有限公司发生工商变更，新增智谱全资子公司北京智谱未来科技有限公司为股东，同时注册资本增至115.873万元。企查查信息显示，该公司成立于2026年3月，经营范围包含：通信设备销售；光通信设备销售；网络设备销售；信息安全设备销售；电子元器件批发等。
