人民财讯5月29日电，5月29日，上海四批次土拍历时两日收官，5宗宅地总成交金额110.45亿元。其中，4宗宅地溢价成交、1宗底价成交。从拿地房企来看，保利发展斩获青浦区、虹口区共2宗宅地，大华集团斩获1宗闵行区宅地，上海城投斩获1宗虹口区宅地，保利置业斩获1宗浦东新区宅地。
