据证监会官网IPO辅导公示系统最新消息显示，MiniMax Group Inc.于2026年5月29日向上海证监局提交了A股IPO辅导备案，辅导券商为中信证券。此前MiniMax于今年1月9日在港交所主板挂牌上市，截至5月29日收盘，该股收报840港元，市值为2635亿港元。近日，MiniMax披露的最新业务数据显示，过去两个月，MiniMax年化经常性收入（ARR）实现超过100%的增长。
