人民财讯6月1日电，华斯股份(002494)6月1日公告，公司拟在新疆喀什设立全资子公司喀什梵希雅服装有限公司（以最终工商注册为准），注册资本为1000万元，使用公司自有资金或者自筹资金认缴出资，持股比例为100%。
