鹏鼎控股：收到全资子公司利润分配款10亿元
人民财讯6月3日电，鹏鼎控股(002938)6月3日公告，公司收到全资子公司宏启胜精密电子（秦皇岛）有限公司2025年度利润分配款10亿元。本次分红将增加母公司2026年度净利润，但不增加公司2026年度合并报表净利润，不会影响公司2026年度整体经营业绩。
