人民财讯6月5日电，菲林格尔(603226)6月5日公告，持股19.56%的亚太集团拟通过集中竞价方式减持不超过355.49万股，占公司总股本的1%，通过大宗交易方式减持不超过533.24万股，占公司总股本的1.5%。持股0.25%的副总经理吉富堂拟通过集中竞价方式减持不超过10万股，占公司总股本的0.0281%。
