盛达资源：拟收购控股子公司鸿林矿业2.6186%股权
人民财讯6月10日电，盛达资源(000603)6月10日公告，公司拟以现金2000万元收购郭福安持有的四川鸿林矿业有限公司（简称“鸿林矿业”）2.6186%股权，交易完成后，公司持有鸿林矿业的股权将由53%增至55.6186%。鸿林矿业的核心资产为菜园子铜金矿采矿权，菜园子铜金矿为中大型待产铜金矿，采矿许可证证载生产规模为39.60万吨/年。
