爱尔眼科：子公司拟通过认购增资方式收购巴西眼科医疗服务集团控制权
人民财讯6月10日电，爱尔眼科(300015)6月10日公告，公司拟通过境外全资子公司AIER Brazil以现金方式向SF 1125p Participações Societárias S.A.（简称“目标公司”）增资认购其新增股份。交易完成后，AIER Brazil将持有目标公司60.57%股权，并通过目标公司间接控制巴西眼科医疗服务集团。本次交易认购金额为5.30亿巴西雷亚尔（BRL），折合人民币约6.96亿元。
