千方科技：拟1亿元至2亿元回购公司股份
人民财讯6月17日电，千方科技(002373)6月17日公告，公司拟以自有资金或自筹资金回购公司股份，拟回购股票的资金总额不低于1亿元（含），且不超过2亿元（含），回购股票将用于员工持股计划或股权激励以及维护公司价值及股东权益，回购价格不超过12.42元/股。
