京泉华：远致高新拟减持公司不超3%股份
人民财讯6月21日电，京泉华(002885)6月21日公告，持股12.56%的股东深圳远致富海高新投资企业（有限合伙）（简称“远致高新”）计划以集中竞价及大宗交易方式，减持公司股份合计不超812.75万股，即不超过公司总股本的3%。
