中国中车：控股股东拟1.5亿元—3亿元增持公司股份
人民财讯7月20日电，中国中车(601766)7月20日公告，公司于7月20日收到控股股东中车集团通知，中车集团拟自公告披露日起6个月内通过上海证券交易所系统允许的方式增持公司A股股份，增持金额不低于1.5亿元，不超过3亿元。
