中煤能源：控股股东拟5000万元—1亿元增持公司股份
人民财讯7月20日电，中煤能源7月20日在港交所公告，公司控股股东中国中煤能源集团有限公司（简称“中国中煤”）拟自公告披露之日起12个月内通过上海证券交易所采用集中竞价、大宗交易等方式增持公司A股股份，增持总金额不低于5000万元，不高于1亿元，且增持数量不超过公司总股本的2%。
