上汽集团：控股股东承诺6个月内不减持公司股份
人民财讯7月20日电，上汽集团(600104)7月20日午间公告，持股63.71%的控股股东上海汽车工业（集团）有限公司承诺自承诺函签署之日（7月20日）起6个月内，不以任何方式减持其持有的公司股份（包括因公司资本公积转增股本、派送股票红利等事项取得的新增股份）。
