宁波韵升：参股公司拟1930.5万美元出售非洲雄狮矿业99%股权
人民财讯7月20日电，宁波韵升(600366)7月20日公告，公司参股企业中韵矿业发展有限公司的子公司中矿香港稀土资源有限公司拟将持有的African Inkalamo Mining Company Limited（简称“非洲雄狮矿业”）的99%股权转让给Sino Great Chemical Company Limited。本次交易以现金方式支付，转让价格为1930.5万美元。本次交易预计确认归属于母公司的净利润716.23万美元（以实际交割时为准），预计对公司2026年财务报表产生积极影响。
