宏微科技：变更76.9万股回购股份用途并注销
人民财讯7月20日电，宏微科技(688711)7月20日公告，公司拟将存放于公司回购专用证券账户中已回购尚未使用的76.9万股回购股份（占公司当前总股本的0.35%）的用途进行变更，由“用于股权激励或员工持股计划，或用于转换上市公司发行的可转换为股票的公司债券”变更为“用于注销并减少注册资本”。
