中微半导发布车规级MCU BAT32A257、BAT32A259
人民财讯7月21日电，近日，中微半导体（深圳）股份有限公司（简称“中微半导”）宣布正式推出新一代基于Arm Cortex® M0+内核32位车规级BAT32A25x系列MCU-BAT32A257、BAT32A259系列。BAT32A25x系列主频最高80MHz，符合AEC-Q100 Grade1标准、满足ASIL-B车规功能安全认证，可广泛适配汽车的门、窗、开关、车灯、座椅、仪表、传感器、电机等主流车身域控制应用。
