云赛智联：控股股东承诺6个月内不减持公司股份
人民财讯7月21日电，云赛智联(600602)7月21日公告，收到控股股东仪电集团出具的《关于不减持云赛智联股份有限公司股份的承诺函》，仪电集团承诺自承诺函签署之日（2026年7月21日）起6个月内，不以任何方式减持其持有的公司股份（包括因公司资本公积转增股本、派送股票红利等事项取得的新增股份）。
