兆易创新：拟使用5亿元募集资金向珠海芯存增资以实施DRAM募投项目
人民财讯7月21日电，兆易创新(603986)7月21日公告，公司拟使用A股募集资金5亿万元向全资子公司珠海横琴芯存半导体有限公司（简称“珠海芯存”）增资，以实施DRAM募投项目。本次增资完成后，珠海芯存注册资本由1.5亿元变更为2亿元，仍为公司全资子公司。
