人民财讯7月24日电，7月24日，鹏鼎控股深圳第三园区动土仪式在深圳市宝安区燕罗街道举行。深圳第三园区项目拟投资100亿元，将建设集研发创新、智能制造、数字化运营和绿色低碳于一体的现代化高端印制电路板生产基地。项目将重点布局AI服务器用高阶类载板、高阶HDI、AI终端用高阶柔性电路板等产品。
