极氪回应“境外锁车事件”

针对“境外车机网络受限”事件，极氪方面今日表示，已在App上线“跨境守护”功能入口，用户一键提交即可自主解锁。
同时，极氪已启动开发境外防盗功能开关，用户出境前在手机端可以设置启动或关闭境外防盗功能，车主不主动设置，功能不会触发。启动后如果车辆出境，用户仍可通过App自助解锁相关功能。
