人民财讯8月3日电，飞鹿股份(300665)8月3日公告，公司控股股东青岛君拓启航智能科技有限公司（简称“君拓启航”）计划6个月内增持公司股票，计划增持金额为5000万元至1亿元（含）。
近日，农业银行青岛市分行向君拓启航出具了贷款承诺函，同意对君拓启航股票增持事项提供贷款支持。贷款额度为9000万元，贷款期限3年。
