千里科技：拟1亿元—1.5亿元回购公司股份
人民财讯8月5日电，千里科技(601777)8月5日公告，拟1亿元—1.5亿元回购公司股份，用于员工持股计划或股权激励，回购价格不超过12.04元/股（含）。公司已取得中信银行股份有限公司重庆分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，中信银行股份有限公司重庆分行承诺给予公司不超过1.35亿元的股票回购专项贷款。
