人民财讯8月6日电，兴发集团(600141)8月6日公告，公司拟向包括控股股东宜昌兴发在内的不超过35名特定投资者，发行股票募资不超过30亿元，用于桥沟磷矿280万吨/年采矿工程、桥沟磷矿500万吨/年选矿项目（一期）、偿还银行贷款。宜昌兴发拟以不低于1亿元（含）且不高于2亿元（含）的金额认购公司此次向特定对象发行的股票。
