人民财讯8月6日电，依顿电子(603328)8月6日公告，拟向包括公司控股股东九洲集团在内的不超过35名特定投资者，发行股票募资不超过20亿元，用于高端印制电路板智能制造项目及补充流动资金。其中，九洲集团拟以现金方式认购此次发行股份金额不低于5亿元（含）且不高于10亿元（含）。
